Total Voting Rights

Volution Group plc ("Volution" or the "Company", LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, would like to notify the market in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA's") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, of the following information as at the date of this announcement:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 200,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company currently holds 2,382,858 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 197,617,142.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
