Exercise of Awards under the Volution Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
Volution Group plc ("Volution" or the "Company", LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces that on 16 October 2025 Andy O'Brien, Chief Financial Officer, exercised the following LTIP option and sold sufficient shares to satisfy income tax, national insurance liability and dealing costs, with the balance being retained:
