Vesting of share awards under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan
Volution Group plc ("Volution" or the "Company", LSE: FAN), a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, announces that on 17 October 2019, the awards granted under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (DSBP) on 17 October 2016 vested following the end of a three year deferral period. These share awards were not subject to performance conditions. No consideration was paid for the DSBP share awards and no consideration was payable on vesting.
The following table sets out the share award which has vested, the total shareholding following transfer of the share awards from the Volution Employee Benefit Trust to the Director and the shareholding as a percentage of issued voting share capital:

Notes:
1. In accordance with the rules of the DSBP, dividend equivalent shares in respect of the period between grant and vesting were added to the vested share awards.
