Volution Group plc - Share Purchase
Volution Group plc (LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces that it has received notification that the wife of Jonathan Davis, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 343.5482 pence per share on 20 October 2023. The transaction took place in London.
Following this purchase, Jonathan Davis has a total beneficial interest in 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
