Director Shareholding
Volution Group plc (the "Company", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, announces today that on 7 November 2016 it received notification that Tony Reading, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 145.94 pence per share on 7 November 2016. The transaction took place in London.
As a result of this notification, Tony Reading has a beneficial shareholding in the Company of 70,000 ordinary shares, which represents 0.035% of the Company's issued share capital.
