Volution Group plc (the "Company", LSE: FAN) announces that Peter Hill CBE, Non-Executive Chairman, has advised the Company that he stepped down as non-executive chairman of Alent plc on 1 December 2015.

This disclosure is made in accordance with rule 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
