Volution Group plc (the "Company", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction market, announces that Peter Hill, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Keller Group plc (LSE: KLR) as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate with effect from 24 May 2016.
