Volution Group plc (the "Company", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction market, announces that Claire Tiney, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed to the board of Hollywood Bowl Group plc (LSE: BOWL) as a non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committee, with effect from the company's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange today.

This disclosure is made pursuant to rule 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
