Update on Annual General Meeting
FireAngel (AIM:FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that it has come to light that there was no quorum at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held on 16 June 2021.
In accordance with the Company's articles of association, the AGM is to be treated as adjourned and any business conducted at the meeting is therefore void. The Chairman of the meeting has now determined that the adjourned AGM will be held on 30 June 2021 and the necessary documentation will be sent to shareholders as soon as reasonably practicable.
Proxies that were submitted for the AGM will remain valid for the adjourned AGM and therefore shareholders do not need to submit a new proxy unless they wish to change how their proxy should vote.
