FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that at its adjourned Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were held on a poll of which resolutions 1-8 (ordinary resolutions) were duly passed and resolutions 9 to 11 (special resolutions) were not passed.
