Sprue (AIM: SPRP), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders. Both documents are available to download from the Company's website at www.sprue.com.
The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 10.30am on Thursday 15 June 2017 at Forest Arden Marriott Hotel, Maxstoke Lane, Meriden, Birmingham, CV7 7HR.
