Director's Dealing
FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, has been notified that earlier today, John Conoley, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 19.35 pence per share.
As a result of the above purchase, Mr Conoley (together with his wife) has a total beneficial interest, in aggregate, of 739,463 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.41 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
