FireAngel Safety Technology Group plc

Directorate change

Further to its announcement released earlier today, FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that with immediate effect: -

- Jon Kempster, Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has stepped down from his current role and become a Non-Executive Director of the Company and serve on the Company's Remuneration Committee; and

- Zoe Fox, Company Secretary and Finance Director of the Company's principal subsidiary, FireAngel Safety Technology Limited, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer.

Zoe Fox was appointed as Company Secretary in 2019. She is Finance Director of the Group's principal subsidiary, a role which she has held since 2010. Prior to this she was Finance Director of BRK Brands Europe Limited, part of the Jarden Corporation. Zoe qualified as an accountant in 2004 and has a degree from the University of South Bank, London. Further information in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies is set out at the end of this announcement.
