Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, and further to the Company's announcement made on 31 December 2014, the Company's issued share capital as at 30 January 2015 consisted of 397,208,133 shares with a nominal value of 27 2/7 pence each, with voting rights.
No shares are held in Treasury.
The above figure of 397,208,133 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, easyJet plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Following the expiry in December 2014 of its 2004 Discretionary Share Option Scheme, the Company does not expect there to be any further issue of shares to meet the exercise of options. It is the intention of the Company to continue its current practice of satisfying awards under its other employee share option schemes with shares purchased on the market. For the foreseeable future therefore, the Company expects the figure given above to remain the same and for this RNS to be the last regular Total Voting Rights RNS under DTR 5.6.1.
