Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 25 March 2019, Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), as the Trustee of the Company's easyJet plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), notified the Company that on 22 March 2019, it purchased ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the capital of the Company on behalf of the persons discharging managerial responsibility set out in the notification forms below.
The PDMRs acquired the shares, as Dividend Shares, by electing to re-invest the ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 September 2018 (declared by the Company's shareholders at the Company's AGM in February 2019) earned on their existing Plan shares.
The below notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, give further detail of the number of shares purchased on 22 March 2019.
