Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company announces that it received notification on 3 August 2015 that Peter Duffy, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, exercised an option to purchase 2,153 ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £4.18 per Share in London, under the Company's Save As You Earn scheme and retained the shares as set out against his name below:
