Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, easyJet announces that Moni Mannings, Non-Executive Director, will be joining the Board of Cazoo as a Non-Executive Director. Cazoo recently announced that it intends to list on the NYSE through a combination with AJAX I, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. Moni is expected to join the Board when the transaction completes in Q3 2021.
