Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, easyJet announces that Stephen Hester, non-executive director and Chair designate of easyJet, will be joining the Board of Kyndryl Holdings, Inc. as a non-executive director. Stephen will join the Board upon the completion of its spin off from International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) which is expected to take place by the end of 2021.
