The following amendment has been made to the Experian plc Total Voting Rights announcement released on 31 October at 12:19pm under RNS No 4476K.

As at 31 October 2024, the Company's capital consists of 972,893,136 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each with voting rights and 20 deferred shares of 10 US cents each which have no voting rights.

All other details remain unchanged.

31 October 2024 - Experian plc, the global data and technology company, hereby notifies the market, in conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, of the following:

As at 31 October 2024, the Company's capital consists of 972,893,136 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each with voting rights and 20 deferred shares of 10 US cents each which have no voting rights. Experian plc holds 53,172,628 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Experian plc is 919,720,508.

The figure of 919,720,508 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
