Bond Issue
20 June 2018 - Experian, the global information services company, announces that its subsidiary, Experian Finance plc, rated A-/Baa1, has priced an issue of £400 million 2.125% bonds due 2024.
The bonds will be issued by Experian Finance plc under the terms of its Euro Medium Term Note Programme, which is guaranteed by Experian plc.
This bond issue extends the maturity of the Group's debt portfolio and diversifies its funding sources. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment of an upcoming bond maturity.
