Transaction in Own Shares

15 November 2017 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following: -

Further to the announcement by the Company on 18 May 2017 of a share repurchase programme, the Company announces that it has purchased its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc as follows:

Date and time of purchase: 15 November 2017 - 17:23

Number of Shares purchased (aggregate volume): 296,294

Lowest price per share: 1596.0000

Highest price per share: 1600.0000

Weighted average price: 1598.7084

The Shares purchased will be cancelled.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.experianplc.com) on a weekly basis.
