Voting Rights and Capital as at 16 January 2013
This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.
On 16 January 2013, 132,653,006 ordinary shares of EVRAZ PLC (the "Company") were admitted to the Official List of the Financial Services Authority (the "FSA") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities. Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 the Company announces that as at 16 January 2013, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,472,582,366 ordinary shares, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,472,582,3661.
The above figure (1,472,582,366) may be used as the denominator for the calculation of the percentage of voting rights in the Company, or any change in the percentage of voting rights so held, required to be notified by any person to the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

1 The total voting rights figure above excludes 33,944,928 new ordinary shares (the "Warrant Shares") in EVRAZ to be issued upon exercise of 33,944,928 warrants by EVRAZ (the " Warrants"). The Warrant Shares represent 2.305% of EVRAZ's 1,472,582,366 ordinary shares in issue as at 16 January 2013. The Warrants may be exercised at any time between 12 months and 15 months after 16 January 2013.
