Further to the vesting of shares as at 2 June 2014 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan for 2011, 2012 and for 2013, the Company was advised on the same date of the following changes to the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company's ordinary shares of USD 1.00 each ("Shares"):
