Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Further to the vesting of shares as at 18 July 2013 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan for 2010, 2011 and for 2012, the Company was advised of the following changes to the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company's ordinary shares of USD 1.00 each ("Shares"):
