Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
EVRAZ plc reports that on 25 September 2017 Mr. Nikolay Ivanov, a person discharging managerial responsibility in EVRAZ plc, was included into the EVRAZ plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2017 under which he was granted awards and will be eligible to receive of up to 267,559 EVRAZ plc Ordinary Shares in the period of 2018-2021.
The exercise price per share under the awards is £2.3 (weighted average) and awards are exercisable between 2018 and 2021, subject to applicable performance conditions having been satisfied.
