Awards Granted under the Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP')
The Company announces the following awards over ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each were granted on 27 March 2025 to Per Widerström, CEO and Sean Wilkins, CFO of the Company as set out below:

LTIP
The 2025 LTIP awards will vest subject to the achievement of Net Value Creation for shareholders (50% weighting) and Relative Total Shareholder Return (50% weighting), measured over a three-year period with a subsequent two year holding period post-vesting.
