Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
evoke plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
On 16 August 2024, the Company was notified that Andrea Gisle Joosen, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 16,699 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 61.7p each (the "Transaction").
Post this Transaction, Andrea Gisle Joosen holds an interest of 16,699 Ordinary Shares.
