Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
evoke plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
On 15 August 2024, the Company was notified that Per Widerström, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 900,000 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 55.1p each (the "Transaction").
Post this Transaction, Per Widerström holds an interest of 2,966,535 Ordinary Shares.
