Cleansing Notice - Notice under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001

This notice is given by Ferrum Crescent Limited under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act).

On 2 October 2013 Ferrum Crescent announced a private placement of 48 million fully paid ordinary shares in Ferrum Crescent (New Shares) in two tranches at a price of GBP 0.0182 (AU$0.0315) per share to raise up to GBP 873,000 (AU$1.5 million) before the costs of the issue (Placement).

Ferrum Crescent advises that:

(a) the first tranche of 44,613,156 New Shares has been issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

(b) this notice is being given under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Act;

(c)  as at the date of this notice,Ferrum Crescent has complied with:

(i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Ferrum Crescent; and

(ii) section 674 of the Act; and

(d) as at the date of this notice,there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections708A(7) and 708A(8)of the Act that is required to be set out in this notice.
