Ferrum Crescent, the ASX, AIM and JSE quoted metals project developer, announces that on 12 May 2016 it was notified by Mr Alan Jenks that following the completion yesterday of the Company's equity fundraising, details of which were announced on 27 April 2016, he was interested in 50,527,647 ordinary shares of no par value each in the capital of the Company representing approximately 3.94 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
