Directors' shareholdings

The Company has been notified that on 10 March 2009, Professor Oliver James, a director of the Company, acquired, in aggregate, 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 30.25p per share (15,000 Ordinary Shares at 30p and 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 31p). Following this acquisition, Professor Oliver James is interested in 43,500 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.08% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company has also been notified that on 5 March 2009, Johnny Cordiner's SIPP acquired 17,000 Ordinary Shares at 39p per share. Following this acquisition, Johnny Cordiner, who is also a director of the Company, is interested in 388,250 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.70% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
