Directors'Β shareholdings
The CompanyΒ has been notified thatΒ onΒ 10 MarchΒ 2009, Professor Oliver James, a director of the Company,Β acquired, in aggregate, 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 30.25p per shareΒ (15,000 Ordinary Shares at 30p and 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 31p). Following this acquisition, ProfessorΒ Oliver James is interested inΒ 43,500 Ordinary Shares, which representsΒ 0.08% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
In addition,Β the Company has also been notified thatΒ on 5 MarchΒ 2009, Johnny Cordiner's SIPPΒ acquired 17,000 Ordinary Shares at 39p per share. Following this acquisition, Johnny Cordiner, who is also a director of the Company,Β is interested inΒ 388,250Β Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.70% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
