Exercise of Options and Issue of Equity
London, UK, 7 September 2023 - e-therapeutics plc (AIM: ETX; OTCQX; ETXPF), a company integrating computational power and biological data to discover life-transforming RNAi medicines, announces that it has allotted 1,150,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of 900,000 share options at an exercise price of 0.1p and 250,000 share options at an exercise price of 2.8p
Application has been made to AIM for the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and Admission is expected to occur at 8:00 a.m. on or around 12 September 2023. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue.
Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights in issue will be 583,844,162. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
