("Energy Technique" or the "Company")

Share Buy-Back

The Company announces that it has today completed the buy-back of 470,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") from Elsina Limited at a price of 42.5 pence per Share.

These shares will immediately be cancelled. The Company advises that, following the buy-back and cancellation, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 2,860,516 Ordinary Shares. The above figure of 2,860,516 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following the buy-back and cancellation, Elsina Limited holds 470,000 Shares, representing, 16.4 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
