Board Appointments

Energy Technique is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Reid and Martin Kirkham to the Company's board, to take immediate effect. Martin Reid has responsibility for production at Diffusion, the Company's fan coil and heating operation, and Martin Kirkham has responsibility for SIAS FM, the Company's newly acquired building maintenance operation.

Martin Reid has been with Diffusion, the trading name of the Company's subsidiary ET Environmental Limited, for over 25 years, where he is currently the Production Director, with responsibility for procurement, manufacturing excellence and stock control. He has in depth knowledge of the heating and ventilation sector and is also heavily involved with new product innovation and development.

Martin Kirkham is a mechanical and electrical engineering specialist with over 30 years of engineering experience working in the building services sector. Martin joined the maintenance arm of SIAS Building Services LLP in 2006 and, after the maintenance business was acquired by Energy Technique out of Administration in 2009, he was appointed Managing Director of the Company's subsidiary SIAS FM Limited, in February 2010.

The following disclosures are required regarding the Board appointments pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Martin Kirkham was joint managing director of Energy Engineering (Services) Ltd which went into administration in August 2005 and into voluntary liquidation in June 2006. Martin resigned as a director in February 2005.

There are no further disclosures required to be made relating Martin Kirkham or Martin Reid under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
