Result of General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that, at its General Meeting held today, the resolution was passed. The passing of the resolution approves the Elsina Buy-Back Agreement as announced by the Company on 23 April 2013. A further announcement will be made on completion of the Immediate Share Buy-Back of 470,000 Shares.
