("Energy Technique" or the "Company")

Share Buy-Back

The Company announces that it completed the buy-back of 235,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") from Elsina Limited at a price of 42.5 pence per Share on 18 December 2013.

These shares will immediately be cancelled. The Company advises that, following the buy-back and cancellation, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 2,625,516 Ordinary Shares. The above figure of 2,625,516 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following the buy-back and cancellation, Elsina Limited holds 235,000 Shares, representing, 8.95 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company may exercise the second call option, being the option to purchase 235,000 Shares at a price of 42.5 pence per Share from Elsina, between 1 December 2013 and 28 February 2014.
