The Company has been informed that on 10 January 2013 Robert Lantos (Non-Executive Director) sold 3,300 common shares in the Company at an average price of 182.0 pence each. Following this disposal, Mr Lantos continues to own 1,583,528 common shares in the Company, representing 0.6% of the issued share capital.
