Etalon Group Publishes 2021 Annual Report
ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that it has published its 2021 Annual Report today.
The Annual Report includes highlights from 2021, statements by the Chairman and the CEO, a report from the Board of Directors, sustainability reporting, consolidated financial statements, the parent company's financial statements and a corporate governance report. Etalon Group publishes its financial statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format reporting requirements in xHTML format.
The 2021 Annual Report is now available to view or download in pdf format from the Etalon Group website at https://www.etalongroup.com/investor-relations/annual-reports-and-accounts/, and a copy has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will soon be available for review at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

In 2021, Etalon Group's new contract sales totalled 446 ths sqm, or RUB 84.4 billion. The Company's revenue in 2021 amounted to RUB 87.1 billion, with EBITDA of RUB 17.9 billion.
Etalon Group's GDRs have traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange since 20 April 2011 and in the Level 1 quotation list of Moscow Exchange since 31 January 2020 under the ticker ETLN.
