Eurotunnel PLC/Eurotunnel S.A.22 May 2007 22 May 2007 Immediate release Share trading suspended Following the closure of the Groupe Eurotunnel SA Exchange Tender Offer forEurotunnel PLC/S.A. units, and awaiting the results of the Offer, the Frenchmarket regulator, the AMF, has decided to suspend trading in these shares toprotect the markets. The company approves this decision which, due to Eurotunnel's bi-nationalnature, has been extended to the London Stock Exchange.
