CFO appointment
essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry, is pleased to announce that Greg Price will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer on 14 October 2024. Greg will also be appointed to the Company's Board as a director.
Greg has over 20 years' experience in senior finance roles and will join the Company from AIM-listed software and technology business Checkit plc where he has worked as Chief Financial Officer since 2021. Prior to joining Checkit, Greg was Chief Financial Officer for Cargo Logic Air. Greg has also held senior positions at Diageo, Monarch and The AA. Greg is a Chartered Accountant.
Greg's appointment follows Sarah Harvey stepping down as Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Company on 1 August 2024 as previously announced.
