Deferred Bonus Plan
esure Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 March 2018 Darren Ogden, a Director of the Company, and a person discharging managerial responsibility, has exercised his award of 15,957 shares granted under the esure Group plc 2016 Deferred Bonus Plan in March 2017 and acquired the shares. This notification is in respect of the first one-third of the share award which vested and became exercisable on 20 March 2018. The second third of the shares will vest and become exercisable on the second anniversary of the grant date on 20 March 2019; and the remaining shares will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date on 20 March 2020. Mr. Ogden has retained all 15,957 ordinary shares.
