Performance Share Plan
esure Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 26 March 2018, Darren Ogden, a Director of the Company, and a person discharging managerial responsibility, has exercised his award of 83,947 shares granted under the esure Group plc Performance Share Plan in March 2015, with 39,595 of these shares being sold at a share price of £2.127169 to settle the tax liabilities and dealing costs arising from the exercise. The balance of 44,352 shares have been retained by Mr.Ogden.
