Strategic Leadership Plan
esure Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 March 2018, Darren Ogden, a Director of the Company, and a person discharging managerial responsibility was granted an award over ordinary shares of 1/12p each in the Company under the esure Group plc 2016 Strategic Leadership Plan.
The vesting of the Award is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company. The award is subject to performance conditions measured over three financial years. The award will normally vest on the third anniversary of grant subject to the achievement of the performance conditions. It is subject to an additional holding period of two years. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award. The Award will become exercisable on 20 March 2021. Details are provided below.
