esure Group plc (the "Company")

Listing Rule 9.6.14

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Mike Evans, Non-Executive Director of esure Group plc, was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Zoopla Property Group with effect from 22nd May 2014. Zoopla Property Group plc will be admitted on the London Stock Exchange on 23rd June 2014.

Mr Evans has advised that he will be standing down from the Board of CBRE Global Investors Group (UK) Limited on 15 July 2014.
