esure Group plc ("esure Group") announces that due to business commitments Maria Dolores Dancausa is to step down from her position as a Non-Executive Director of esure Group at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2018.

Maria Dolores Dancausa leaves the Board after over four years service having joined the esure Group in 2013. As well as being a Non-Executive Director she was also a member of the Nomination Committee.

Sir Peter Wood said: "Maria Dolores has been an exceptionally valuable member and an excellent contributor to the esure Group Board. We offer her our sincerest thanks and best wishes for the future."
