Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company is required to notify the market of the total number of voting rights and capital in the Company as at the end of each calendar month in which an increase or decrease has occurred. The issued share capital of the Company is comprised of 397,515,919 ordinary shares of 1p each. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
