Kedco plc (LSE: KED.L), the cleantech group focusing on clean energy production in the UK, Ireland and Eastern Europe, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Unit 1, Eastgate Avenue, Eastgate Business Park, Little Island, Cork, on 17 December 2010 at 9.00 a.m.
