Adjournment of AGM
REACT Energy plc (AIM: REAC), the energy infrastructure developer and operator which focuses on the production of clean energy in the UK and Ireland announces that the AGM was held today and on the recommendation of the Chairman, with the consent of the members present, the meeting was adjourned to 11 am on 17 April 2015 at the same venue.
