Board Changes
Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK, West Africa and Ireland focused oil and gas exploration, development and production company, announces the following changes to the Board effective immediately. In line with the Company's approved succession plan, Mr Bo Krøll replaces Non-Executive Chairman Brian O'Cathain, who is stepping down from the Board after seven years of service.
William Holland, Chief Executive Officer of Europa, said:
"I am delighted to welcome Bo's appointment as Chairman of the Board. He brings substantial and relevant corporate experience of successfully growing companies along with first class technical and commercial expertise. Bo has demonstrated his commitment to the success of Europa through his continued investment in the Company and is now our largest shareholder.
I have very much enjoyed working with Brian over these last years and thank him for the substantial contribution he has made to Europa during this time and the considered guidance he has provided as Chairman. I am confident that he will continue to be one of Europa's active supporters. I wish him every success in his future endeavours."
Bo Krøll, Chairman of Europa, said

Brian O'Cathain, Europa's outgoing Chairman, said:
